Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Deposit:

A full rental fee is required to reserve the gowns/suits. Renter will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% of the rental fee for CANCELLED TRANSACTION. Full rental and security deposit fee is expected upon the beginning date of rental.

2. Dress return:

Please return the dress/Suits to YVANA’S FASHION on the agreed rental return date. Renter must notify Yvana’s Fashion if he/she is going to extend the rental period before thereturn date. Should renter fail to return the dress he/she will be charged:

P200.00 per day. (3 days including return and pick-up)

3. Rental Cancellation:

If the rental is cancelled 2 days before the pick up date full rental fee will be automatically forfeited for any reason. If the renter already picked up the gown/coat , it is not replaceable and cannot be cancelled for any reason. The renter is only allowed to change the gown/suits within 3 days upon reservation, but not lower than the amount of the reserved items. If in any case the gown that was rented will have damage and will not be returned on time, you will have the 2 nd option to replace the gown. Renter must notify Yvana’s Fashion if he/she will reschedule the rental date within 3 days upon reservation The rental fee is not transferable, but replaceable with for sale items. (1 week after Reservation)

4. Loss or damage

The renter is solely responsible for the safe care and return of the dress(es) in good condition and renter shall bear the entire risk or loss damage to the dress(es) Severe hem stains like motor oil, blood, good and any bodily stains or front garment stains.

Cleaning fee will be charged or compulsory purchase of the dress:
A. Any rips, tears or damage of course normal wear occurs, but if there is significant damage to the dress, either a reasonable repair fee will be assessed or a compulsory purchase of the dress (at a fair price determined by Yvana’s Fashion) will be required.

B. Loss: Deposit (if any) will be forfeited and 5 times the rental fee will be charged.

5. Alterations:

There are no alterations of rental dress(es) Suits
